Physical Products (CDs and DVDs)

We only accept returns for defective or damaged physical items. If your CD or DVD doesn’t work properly, let us know within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement or offer a refund.

Digital Downloads (Music, Videos, Sheet Music)

All digital downloads are non-refundable since they can’t be returned. That said, if something goes wrong with your download—like a file won’t open or didn’t download properly or you need it in a different file format—feel free to reach out. While we can’t guarantee a fix, we’ll do our best to help you out.
